You will receive a QR code via email to the value of the transaction made through the Site. This is redeemable at the festival and can be used to load / top up your wristband. Emails are sent instantly on completion of a transaction, however delivery will be dependent on your network connectivity.
You covenant and warrant that:
1. all information and data provided by you to us through the Site is true, accurate, complete and up to date;
2. the person receiving the QR code at the email address supplied is authorised by you;
3. you have and will comply with all relevant laws relating to your use of the Site and your placement of any transaction;
4. you are responsible for any costs associated with your access to or use of the Site, including Internet access fees;
5. you will fully understand the purpose of your transaction before proceeding; and
6. you will not:
1. 2. This agreement is governed by the laws of Australia. Each party submits to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that place.
